Generations 2022 – Accommodations

CONFERENCE LOCATION

If you choose to participate live, you can join the Generations’ 2022 faculty headliners at the Marriott Downtown City Creek

EVENT OR OVERNIGHT PARKING

Underground, self-parking is available free of charge to all ‘Generations’ guests.

If you are attending “Generations 2022” and not staying overnight, you will receive a parking validation upon check-in at the conference.
Guests staying overnight will use their guestroom key card for entry/exit. (Be sure to let the front desk know if you are past “check-out” time on the final conference day to ensure your key is still active for departure from the garage)
Valet parking is available for $25 USD daily
Parking includes in/out privileges. Hotel garage has 7-foot clearance. Offsite parking available for oversized vehicles.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

In addition to cabs UBER & Lyft, transportation to and from the airport to your hotel is available for $13 per person each way via Express Shuttle (801-596-1600). Advance reservations are welcome. (Travel time by car is around 13-15 minutes). You may also use TRAX public transportation for $2.50 one way ($1.25 Senior/Student/Youth rate). Take the GREEN LINE from airport to TEMPLE SQUARE STATION, then walk 0.2 miles, 3-minute walk to Hotel. (Full travel time using TRAX is just over 30 minutes).

DOWNTOWN ATTRACTIONS

Salt Lake, a modern city set at the foot of spectacular mountains, satisfies the need for travel AND safety. Most restaurants, businesses, and attractions in and around Salt Lake are open and health/safety cautious. As for social distancing, nothing beats getting out into the wide open, beautiful outdoors, which is only minutes from downtown. SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions will be accepted until April 29th. After this date, there will be a $25 processing fee for such requests.

ON-SITE RATES
On-site registration will be available on a space available basis. You may wish to call in advance for availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation requests must be received in writing by March 25th for a full refund and by April 8th for a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after April 8th.
