Plugging into the needs of today’s professionals working with youth and families facing behavioral health issues, this year’s program committee has created a program packed with critical issues surfacing in all settings – schools, in-patient and out-patient areas, crisis response, therapy offices and more.   Thanks to their work, attendees will enjoy and benefit from a program full of pertinent topics, new and requested faculty members, and unique program features.  This is possible thanks to the deep dives made into topic lists gathered, abstracts, evidence-based practices, and practice-based evidence.  They also explored input from professionals and organizations, reviewed literature, identified gaps, examined professional practices, and analyzed surveys.

They answered the challenge before them to design a creative, interactive, evidence-based program for behavioral health professionals to enjoy and use to strengthen their containers of clinical skills to positively impact their practices and the youth and families with whom they work.  They also aimed to challenge beliefs, provide timely insights, and open new ties among and between the disciplines and practices.  Special thanks to each of these program writers –
