CME programs like this may be used for re-licensure credit in other fields (i.e. Pharmacy) not listed here. It is each person’s responsibility to record and report their attendance to the State Board(s) and/or other licensing organization(s) as needed and to check with their Boards to determine reciprocity and licensure credit in their state.

* Approval by any of the listed organizations does not imply their endorsement of any faculty member, ineligible company, sponsor, program contact, publication, or research.  The same holds true for conference partners, planners, organizers, and other parties involved with this event.

The Division of Occupational & Professional Licensing (DOPL) does NOT require pre-approval of educational programs like this. This is an extra service offered by the “Critical Issues” Conference for your convenience. When renewing licenses, most disciplines require proof of attendance at educational program(s) pertinent to your field.

According to DOPL

As of January 1st this year, the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL) is extending the temporary waiver of “live” CE requirements until December 31, 2022.  This extension will allow licensees to meet their CE requirements online or virtually and DOPL will continue to accept online/virtual CE as “live” CE until the December 31, 2022 deadline.

It is each person’s responsibility to record and report their attendance, at educational programs pertinent to their field, to the State Board and/or other licensing organization as needed and to check with their Boards to determine reciprocity and licensure credit in their state. Upon completion of the program, each attendee will be issued a CERTIFICATE which can be used for verification of attendance for employers, accrediting and/or licensing organizations, and others.
